摘要
长期失业青年规模呈现累积趋势、重视不够、就业援助有待完善以及长期失业青年具有潜在的社会风险等问题。青年长期失业的主要原因在于就业观偏差、缺乏职业技能、家长态度放任纵容以及家人需要长期照料等。建议通过构建分步实施路径、建立专门的长期失业青年数据信息库、转变长期失业青年及家长的就业观、强化就业服务体系、提升青年就业竞争力及拓宽青年就业创业渠道等措施应对长期失业青年就业问题。
Currently,the main reasons of long-term youth unemployment lie in deviations in the outlook on employment,lack of vocational skills,indulgent attitudes of parents and long-term care of family members.We are still facing problems such as the cumulative trend of long-term unemployed youth,insufficient attention,the need to improve employment assistance,and the potential social risks of long-term unemployed youth.The suggestions are building a step-by-step implementation path,establishing a specialized long-term unemployed youth data information database,transforming the employment concept of long-term unemployed youth and parents,strengthening the employment service system,enhancing the employment competitiveness,and expanding entrepreneurial channels and other measures to deal with the employment problem of long-term unemployed youth.
