摘要
目的分析黑龙江省适龄儿童国家免疫规划(National Immunization Program, NIP)疫苗接种率。方法利用黑龙江省免疫规划信息管理系统(Heilongjiang Immunization Program Information System, HIPIS)收集2017-2019年出生儿童18剂次NIP疫苗接种信息,描述性分析各剂次疫苗接种率。结果本研究共纳入2017-2019年出生儿童377 017名,18剂次NIP疫苗接种率在87.90%-98.98%之间,合格接种率在83.91%-98.66%之间;13剂次NIP疫苗存在非NIP疫苗替代接种情况,替代比例在0.03%-9.39%之间。结论黑龙江省适龄儿童NIP疫苗接种率总体处于高水平;HIPIS可作为NIP疫苗接种率评估的参考。
Objective To assess the coverage of National Immunization Program(NIP) vaccines among age-eligible children in Heilongjiang province. Methods We obtained vaccination data of 18 schedule doses of NIP vaccines among children born in 2017-2019 reported to the Heilongjiang Immunization Program Information System(HIPIS) and calculated coverage levels by dose. Results A total of 377 017 children born in 2017-2019 were included in the study. Coverage rates of the 18 doses of NIP vaccines ranged from 87.90% to 98.98%, with qualified coverage rates ranging from 83.91% to 98.66%. Thirteen doses of NIP vaccines were substituted by non-NIP vaccines with proportions of substitute vaccination ranging from 0.03% to 9.39%. Conclusion Coverage of NIP vaccines was maintained at a high level in Heilongjiang. HIPIS can be used to evaluate NIP vaccine coverage.
