摘要
目的:汉化儿童弱视遮盖治疗生活质量量表(CATQoL)并检验其信度和效度。方法:对CATQoL进行汉化,经专家组及预实验调适条目形成CATQoL最终版,然后选取122例弱视遮盖治疗患儿进行调查。分析量表的信度(使用内部一致性系数和重测信度)和效度(使用内容效度和结构效度)。结果:项目分析结果显示,各条目得分与量表总分均呈正相关(r值为0.45~0.80,P<0.01);量表总的内容效度指数(CVI)为0.93;两个维度得分与总分的相关系数分别为0.58、0.55,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);探索性因子分析提取2个公因子,共解释了62.85%的总方差。量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.91,重测信度为0.85。结论:中文版CATQoL信度和效度较好,适合评估我国弱视遮盖治疗患儿的生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Children's Amblyopia Treatment Quality of Life Questionnaire(CATQoL).Methods:The original CATQoL was translated into Chinese and adjusted by the expert panel.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CATQoL was tested on a sample of 122 children with amblyopia treatment.Results:The scores of each item are positively correlated with the total score of the scale,the correlation coefficient were between 0.45 and 0.80(P<0.01).The content validity index of the scale was 0.93.The correlation coefficients between the scores of the two dimensions and the total score were 0.58 and 0.55,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors,which explained a total of 62.85%of the total variance.The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale is 0.91.The retest reliability is 0.85.Conclusion:The Chinese Version of CATQoL has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for evaluating the quality of life of children with amblyopia in China.
