体育器械用合金组织与性能的表面改性影响机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 如今,合金在体育器械中使用频率不断提高,且随着人类对体育器械性能要求不断提高,文章将以AZ91合金作为研究对象,由于各方面性能较好,但是摩擦性能还有待提高,于是对其进行表面改性,将AZ91合金基体表面镀Ti膜,然后使用微弧氧化装备对其进行处理,最后对试样进行实验研究。实验结果表明,氧化时间与膜层表面的微孔数量成反比关系,与微孔尺寸成正比关系,与Ti膜的厚度呈现反比关系,与复合改性层的厚度呈现正比关系;当微弧氧化时间为6min时,其耐磨性能将会更好。 Nowadays,the frequency of use of alloys in sports equipment continues to increase,and with the continuous improvement of human performance requirements for sports equipment,the paper will take AZ91 alloy as the research object.Because of its good performance in all aspects,but the friction performance still needs to be improved,so the surface was modified,the surface of the AZ91 alloy substrate was coated with Ti film,and then treated with micro-arc oxidation equipment,and finally the sample was experimentally studied.The experimental results show that the oxidation time is inversely proportional to the number of micropores on the surface of the film,proportional to the size of the micropores,inversely proportional to the thickness of the Ti film,and proportional to the thickness of the composite modified layer;When the micro-arc oxidation time is 6 minutes,its wear resistance will be better.
