双点冲击荷载作用下K8型单层网壳失效机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 在ANSYS/LS-DYNA中建立了50m跨度的带下部支柱K8型单层网壳结构的有限元模型,并通过大量模拟来研究带下部支柱K8型单层网壳结构在双点冲击荷载作用下的整体失效机理.将K8型单层网壳整体结构分4种双点冲击工况进行冲击,即同一环向进行冲击、同一径向进行冲击、只冲击下部支柱、整体结构同时被冲击.分析结构破坏变形特点,定义其破坏模式,并从冲击力和能量传递两方面对整体结构破坏全过程和失效机理进行分析.揭示带下部支柱K8型单层网壳结构在各冲击工况下的破坏模式和失效机理. In the ANSYS/LS-DYNA,a finite element model of a 50m-span K8-type single-layer reticulated shell with lower struts is established.Through a large number of simulations,the overall failure mechanism of the K8-type single-layer reticulated shell with lower struts under double-point impact loading is studied.The overall structure of the K8single-layer reticulated shell is impacted by four kinds of doublepoint impact conditions:the same ring direction is impacted;the same radial direction is impacted;only the lower struts are impacted;the overall structure is impacted at the same time.The characteristics of structural damage is analyzed and the failure mode is defined.The whole process and failure mechanism of the overall structure failure are analyzed from the aspects of impact force and energy transfer.The destructive mode and failure mechanism of each type of K8-type single-layer reticulated shell with lower struts are revealed.
