摘要
食品安全历来都是关系到国计民生的重点问题,随着经济的发展和居民生活水平的不断提高,消费者对食品安全的要求也越来越高,由于我国地域辽阔、人口众多,居民消费结构种类复杂多样,目前还没有国家统一的食品安全指数来评价食品安全。然而,采用科学合理的食品安全指数来评价食品安全水平是保障民生、稳定社会和促进经济发展的基础。因此,从食品安全指数的内涵、食品安全状况评价、食品安全风险防范和食品安全指数的构建方法等方面梳理国内外已有研究成果,指出目前缺少适用于政府监管的安全评价指标及食品安全评价效果对比研究,同时提出了安全指数研究的新方法和新思路。
Food safety has always been a problem related to the focus of the national economy and people's livelihood.With the development of the economy and the continuous improvement of residents'living standards,consumers have increasingly high requirements for food safety.As China has a vast territory,a large population and a complex and diverse food consumption structure,there is no unified food safety index to evaluate food safety.Using scientific and reasonable food safety index to evaluate the level of food safety is the basis of ensuring people's livelihood,stabilizing society and promoting economic development.This paper reviews recent research on the methods of food safety index construction,influencing factors,food safety implications and risk analysis effects.This reveals that little work has been performed on how to guarantee symmetry and transparency of evaluation information and how to collect and update the evaluation data.Finally,new ideas on developing a food safety index were proposed.
