摘要
食品药品检验是保证食品药品质量的重要举措,加强食品药品检验实验室质量管理对提高检验水平、保证食品药品检验质量具有十分重要的意义。细节管理作为一类新型管理方法,应用在食品药品检验实验室质量管理中,可促进管理效果的提升。本文主要以食品药品检验实验室质量管理和细节管理为主题展开分析,在总结介绍食品药品检验实验室质量管理相关内容的基础上,分析了细节管理在食品药品检验实验室质量管理中应用的必要性及其应用优势,进一步探讨了细节管理的具体应用。
Food and drug inspection is an important measure to ensure the quality of food and drug.Strengthening the quality management of food and drug inspection laboratory is of great significance to improve the inspection level and ensure the quality of food and drug inspection.As a new management method,detail management can promote the management effect in the quality management of food and drug inspection laboratory.This paper mainly analyzes the quality management and detail management of food and drug inspection laboratory.On the basis of summarizing and introducing the relevant contents of quality management in food and drug inspection laboratory,the necessity and advantages of detail management in quality management of food and drug inspection laboratory are analyzed,and the specific application of detail management is further discussed.
