摘要
文章对蒸发法透湿的检测方法及设备进行分析,发现JIS L 1099A-2蒸发法的风速规定比较宽泛,各检测机构的检测结果差异较大,需要对风速进行约定。此外,在检测中,水易润湿到布面上,造成检测波动。因此,在称量搬运过程中要防止晃动,避免水润湿到样品上。
Based on the analysis of the moisture permeation detection method and equipment of evaporation method,it is found that the wind speed regulation of JIS L 1099A-2 evaporation method is relatively broad,and the test results of each detection mechanism are quite different,so it is necessary to agree on the wind speed.In addition,in the detection,water is easily wetted to the cloth surface,resulting in detection fluctuations.Therefore,in the process of weighing and handling,it is necessary to prevent shaking and avoid water wetting on the sample.
