支座损坏下箱梁桥的病害评估及顶升过程分析 被引量:1

摘要 某四跨连续梁桥8#墩0号块因施工不当导致局部混凝土缺陷,从而造成支座损坏,本文主要阐述在支座损坏下及顶升过程中梁体变形对桥梁结构的影响。利用Midas civil、ANSYS建立桥梁局部和整体有限元模型,分析在支座损坏及顶升过程中桥梁的安全性能。由分析结果可知,局部位置混凝土受力平稳,强度满足规范要求,但桥梁整体消压作用明显,部分位置出现拉应力,梁体出现扭转。同时,根据提出的顶升方案,对桥梁局部和整体进行顶升过程受力分析。结果显示,顶升过程局部位置受力稳定,混凝土强度满足顶升要求,且顶升2cm后,试块仍处于受压状态,符合规范关于全预应力混凝土构件应力状态要求。 Local concrete defects caused by improper construction of the number 8 pier of a four-span continuous beam bridge,thus causing the damage of the bearing.In this paper,the effects of bearing damage and beam deformation on bridge structure were studied in detail.The local and integral finite element model of bridge is established by Midas civil and ANSYS to analyze the safety performance of the bridge under the condition of disease.It can be seen from the analysis that the strength of concrete in the local position is stable and the strength meets the requirements of the standard,but the whole bridge has obvious anti-compression effect,some positions appear tensile stress,and the beam body appears torsion.At the same time,according to the proposed lifting scheme,the bridge local and whole process of jacking force analysis results show that the lifting process of local position stable stress,concrete strength meet the lifting requirements,and lifting the 2cm,each block is still in the state of compression,conform to the standard requirements on state stress of prestressed concrete component.
