摘要目的:研究右美托咪定对老年骨折患者七氟烷麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响.方法:研究对象为70例老年骨折患者,分为2组,35例给予生理盐水静脉注射者作为对照组,35例给予右美托咪定静脉注射者作为观察组,对比2组效果.结果:在手术时间、清醒时间与喉罩拔去时间对比中,观察组与对照组差异不大,P>0.05,有统计学意义.观察组疼痛评分、躁动评分与躁动发生率均低于对照组;观察组并发症率为11.4%,显著低于对照组的25.7%;观察组术后血流动力学指标显著优于对照组;对比差异较大,P<0.05,有统计学意义.结论:在老年骨折患者七氟烷麻醉苏醒期中给予静脉注射右美托咪定,可以显著降低躁动发生率,缓解患者疼痛症状,并发症率显著下降,在临床上的应用价值较高.
