某乘用车前副车架振动性能分析 被引量:6

Vibration Performance Analysis and Optimization of a Passenger Vehicle Front Subframe

摘要 针对某乘用车前副车架产生的振动和噪声故障,首先采用有限元方法建立前副车架离散化模型,对其进行自由模态仿真分析,分析结果表明其第一阶固有频率低于发动机激振频率,会产生共振,不满足振动性能要求。然后采用多点激励多点响应方法对前副车架进行模态试验,试验结果表明其仿真分析精度较高。再基于优化平台集成前副车架的有限元建模和振动性能分析工作流,对其结构参数进行优化分析,分析结果表明优化之后其模态频率均高于发动机工作频率范围,符合动态特性要求。最后对前副车架进行实车道路试验和测试,测试结果表明优化之后其振动加速度大幅度降低,噪声明显减弱,成功解决了该故障问题. Aiming at solving passenger vehicle front subframe vibration and noise fault.Firstly,the discretization model of front subframe was built by adopting finite element method,and the front subframe was free modal simulation analyzed,the analysis result showed that its first natural frequency was lower than the engine excitation frequency,so the resonance would be produced,it couldn't meet vibration performance requirements.Secondly,the front subframe was modal tested by adopting multi-point excitation and multi-point response method,the test result showed that its simulation analysis precision was high.Thirdly,the front subframe finite element modeling and vibration performance analysis workflow were integrated based on optimization platform,the structural parameters of front subframe were optimization analyzed,the analysis result showed that its modal frequencies were higher than the engine operating frequencies range,it could meet the dynamic characteristic requirement.Lastly,the front subframe was road tested,the test result show that its vibration acceleration was greatly reduced and its noise was significantly reduced after optimization,so the problem was successfully solved.
