哺乳期母猪猪瘟抗体变化及仔猪母源抗体水平和免疫效果研究 被引量:2

Study on the Changes of Antibody to CSFV in Lactating Period Sows and the Maternal Antibody Level and Immune Effect in Piglets

摘要 为了解母猪哺乳期猪瘟抗体变化和母源抗体水平对仔猪免疫效果影响,采用ELISA方法分别对40头母猪哺乳前后猪瘟抗体水平和13窝仔猪28日龄母源抗体水平进行检测,同时选择6窝仔猪跟踪检测了首免和二免后猪瘟抗体变化.结果显示:一个哺乳期母猪猪瘟抗体呈现不同程度下降,但抗体阻断率高于70%的母猪降幅度要小于阻断率低于70%的母猪;仔猪28日龄的母源抗体水平和母猪分娩当天抗体水平呈正相关;当仔猪母源抗体阻断率高于60%时,严重影响猪瘟疫苗免疫效果.研究结果表明,母猪群猪瘟抗体水平对商品猪群免疫效果影响明显,高效价和低离散度的母猪群抗体是商品猪群制定合理免疫程序和确保免疫效果的基础. In order to understand the lactation period sows changes of antibody to CSFV and the influence of maternal antibody level on the immune effect of piglets,an experiment was conducted to 40 sows and 13 litters of piglets.The antibody levels of 40 sows before and after lactation and the maternal antibody levels of 13 litters of piglets at 28 days old were detected by ELISA.Meanwhile,6 litters of piglets were selected to track the antibody changes after the first and second immunization.The tests data showed that the antibody level of a suckling period sows decreased in varying degrees,but the antibody blocking rate over 70%sows drop smaller than under 70%sows;there was a positive correlation between the maternal antibody level of piglets at 28 days old and the antibody level of sows at the day of farrowing;when the antibody blocking rate of piglets was higher than 60%,the immune effect of swine fever vaccine was seriously affected.The research results showed that the antibody level of sows had a significant effect on the immune effect of commercial swine herd.High level and low dispersion of sows antibody is the basis of developing proper immune procedure and ensuring immune effect for commercial pigs.
