摘要
韶关是广东第一个以市为单位全面开展“县管校聘”改革的地区,通过实施“县管校聘”改革,有力提高了编制岗位的使用效益,有效激发了教师队伍的活力,保障了教职工的参与权与监督权,促进了教师资源的均衡配置,使更多优质的教师资源惠及到更多乡村学校和学生,进而促进了基础教育公平和高质量发展。
Shaoguan is the first municipal city and national reform demonstration area to implement the policy of“County Management and School Employment”in teacher management.The implementation of the policy has greatly served to improve the efficiency of the government affiliated post of education,to arouse the vitality of teachers,to guarantee the teachers’right of participation and supervision,and to balance teacher resources.The policy will also benefit more hinterland schools and students in the north of Guangdong and ensure the educational fairness and high-quality development.
