摘要
随着来华留学生数量的不断增加,建立适合我国国情的留学生培养体系是目前我国高等教育的迫切需求。当今科学技术的发展催生了众多新型教学手段和工具,给来华留学生培养机制的改革提供了契机。本文在多元融合协同共赢视域下,以化工来华留学生实践教学为突破口,综合运用线上线下混合、中外学生共训、实习基地共建、产学研一体化和教学资料共享等多种形式,对来华留学生培养模式进行了有益探索,研究结果可为我国留学生培养体系的建立和优化提供借鉴和支撑。
With the ever-increasing of international students in China,it is a necessity for our higher education to build up a suitable system for the international student training.The rapid development of current technologies brings many novel teaching methods and tools,which provides a great opportunity for the enrichment and reforming of international student teaching.The present paper focuses on the practice teaching of international students of chemical engineering and explores its teaching techniques under the perspective of diverse integration and mutual complementarity.Many methods,including online and offline hybrid,co-training of Chinese and international students,co-construction of internship site,cooperation of industry-university-research,and shared teaching materials,were used.The results are expected to provide reference and supports to improve the current education system.
