摘要
通过梳理美国国家实验室起源与发展现状,分析其经费投入情况与使命,建立起真实和全面的美国国家实验室立体印象;通过分析广东省实验室的管理运行模式与成效,并借鉴美国国家实验室建设的成功经验,探索有益广东省实验室建设的管理运行模式。
By combing the origin and development status of the National Laboratory of the United States,analyzing its funding and mission,this paper establishes a real and comprehensive three-dimensional impression of the National Laboratory of the United States.Based on the analysis of the management and operation mode and effectiveness of the laboratory in Guangdong Province,and the successful experience of the construction of the National Laboratory in the United States,this paper explores the management and operation mode beneficial to the laboratory construction in Guangdong Province.
