摘要
本文以油菜菌核病和根肿病为防治对象,利用有益生防菌,对双低油菜品种国豪油8号和高芥酸油菜品种绵油309的种子进行包衣处理,分别在有、无根肿病史的水旱轮作地开展田间试验。结果表明,有益生防菌包衣处理的菌核病发病率均低于没有包衣的处理;包衣处理的不同品种产量均高于没有包衣的处理,但品种间有差异;在无根肿病史试验田,包衣处理过的高芥酸油菜品种绵油309的产量高于包衣处理过的双低油菜品种国豪油8号;在有根肿病史试验田种植的油菜菌核病发病率低于无根肿病史试验田;包衣处理对油菜根肿病的防治效果不显著。
This paper took rape sclerotinia rot and clubroot as the control objects,used beneficial biocontrol bacteria to coat the seeds of double-low rape variety Guohaoyou 8 and high erucic acid rape variety Mianyou 309, field trials were carried out in paddy and dry rotationland with and without a history of clubroot, respectively.The results showed that the incidence of rape sclerotinia rot in the treatment with beneficial biocontrol bacteria was lower than that in the treatment without coating;the yield of different varieties in the coating treatment was higher than that in the treatment without coating, but there were differences between the varieties;in the experimental field without a history of clubroot,the yield of the coated high erucic acid rape variety Mianyou 309 was higher than that of the coated double-low rape variety Guohaoyou 8. The incidence of rape sclerotinia rot planted in the experimental field with a history of clubroot was lower than that in the experimental field without a history of clubroot. The coating treatment had no significant effect on the control of rape clubroot.
