摘要
智能无人飞行器在执行任务的过程中,会从多源途径中收集大量数据,这些数据中隐含着众多对飞行器工作模块决策有价值的信息。为了有效利用多源数据精准分析出飞行器在不同场景中各工作模块的参数信息,提升其精准决策的响应性能,提出了基于加权决策的多源数据融合算法。算法首先针对多源数据的非确定特征,设计了模糊支持度求解方法,从而得到各个数据对工作模块决策的影响程度;然后利用控制决策倾向,对模糊语义进行量化处理,得到对应的加权值;再通过支持度将全部的决策项采取优先级标定,并与量化加权值融合;最后在融合数据基础上,实现无人飞行器根据用户需求完成各工作模块的自主决策规划。仿真结果表明,基于加权决策的多源数据融合算法能够实现飞行器多源数据的准确融合,从多源异构数据中快速、准确地提取出不同场景下无人飞行器的用户需求,及时精准规划出合理的决策方案。
In the process of executing the mission, the intelligent UAV will collect a large number of data from multiple sources, which contains a lot of valuable information for the decision-making of the working module of the UAV. In order to effectively use multi-source data to accurately analyze the parameter information of each working module of the aircraft in different scenarios, and improve the response performance of its precise decision-making, a multi-source data fusion algorithm based on weighted decision was proposed. Firstly, we designed a method to solve the fuzzy support degree for the uncertain characteristics of multi-source data, so as to obtain the influence degree of each data on the decision-making of the working module. Then, the fuzzy semantics were quantified and the corresponding weighted value was obtained by using the control decision tendency. Then, all the decision items were calibrated by the support degree and fused with the weighted value. Finally, on the basis of data fusion, the autonomous decision-making planning of each work module of UAV was realized according to the needs of users. The simulation results show that the multi-source data fusion algorithm based on weighted decision can achieve the accurate fusion of multi-source data of aircraft, the user requirements of UAV in different scenarios were extracted quickly and accurately from multi-source heterogeneous data, and the reasonable decision-making scheme was planned in time and accurately.
