摘要
目的通过对中医古籍中历代医家诊治肺热病有关文献的搜寻与整理,建立《中医古籍肺热病数据库》,分析肺热病常见的临床症状及证型分布规律。方法筛选历代医家诊治肺热病的有关文献,建立《中医古籍肺热病数据库》,采用因子分析、主成分分析、频次分析、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,分析症状及证型分布规律。结果肺热病常见的症状依次为:咳嗽、喘、咳血、口渴、胸中痞闷、涕唾稠黏、鼻衄、鼻干塞、发热、鼻内生疮、血崩下血、咽喉肿痛、身热、口苦、头痛、咽干、吐痰、胸背四肢烦痛、小便赤涩、汗出而寒等。主要的症状组合为C1:咳血、鼻衄、口苦、血崩下血,推测证型为热入营血证。C2:涕唾稠黏、咽干、吐痰、咽喉肿痛,推测证型为肺热痰火证。C3:身热、头痛、汗出而寒,推测证型为肺热壅盛证。C4:口渴、小便赤涩、胸中痞闷、鼻干塞、咳嗽、发热、喘、鼻内生疮、胸背四肢烦痛,推测证型为肺卫风热证。肺热病常见的证型为:肺卫风热证、肺热痰火证、肺热壅盛证及热入营血证。结论数据挖掘方法系统总结了中医古籍中肺热病症状及证型分布规律,为肺热病的诊断提供科学的理论指导。
Objective To establish the Lung Disease Database of Ancient Books of Chinese Medicine and analyze the common clinical symptoms and distribution rules of syndrome types of lung heat disease by searching and sorting out the relevant literature on the diagnosis and treatment of lung heat disease by doctors through all ages in ancient books of Chinese medicine.Methods By screening the relevant literature on the diagnosis and treatment of lung heat disease by doctors through all ages,the Lung Disease Database of Ancient Books of Chinese Medicine was established.Data mining methods such as factor analysis,principal component analysis,frequency analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze symptoms and distribution rules of syndrome types.Results Common symptoms of lung heat disease were cough,asthma,hemoptysis,thirst,chest suffocation,thick snivel and saliva,epistaxis,nasal cavity dryness,fever,nasal sore,haemorrhage,sore throat,body heat,bitter taste,headache,dry throat,spitting,pain in the chest,back and limbs,reddish urine,sweating and cold,etc.The main symptom combination C1 was hemoptysis,epistaxis,bitter taste,haemorrhage.The presumptive syndrome type was the syndrome of heat invading Ying and blood phases.The combination C2 included thick snivel and saliva,dry throat,spitting,sore throat.The presumptive syndrome type was the syndrome of lung heat and phlegm-fire.The combination C3 was body heat,headache,sweating and cold.The presumptive syndrome type was the syndrome of exuberance of lung heat.The combination C4 was thirst,hot urination,chest suffocation,nasal cavity dryness,cough,fever,asthma,nasal sore,pain in the chest,back and limbs.The presumptive syndrome type was the syndrome of wind-heat of lung-Wei phase.The common syndromes of lung heat disease were the syndromes of wind-heat of lung-Wei phase,lung heat and phlegm-fire,exuberance of lung heat,heat invading Ying and blood phases.Conclusion Data mining method systematically summarized the symptoms and distribution rules of syndrome types of lung heat disease in ancient books of Chinese medicine,and provided scientific theoretical guidance for the diagnosis of lung heat disease.
