摘要
目的评价堇叶碎米荠的母体毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸性,为后续作为新食品原料进行开发和利用提供毒理学依据。方法SD大鼠随机分为阴性对照组(蒸馏水)、堇叶碎米荠高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,分别为3.40 g/(kg·BW)、1.70 g/(kg·BW)、0.85 g/(kg·BW)。于受孕第6 d^15 d经口给予受试物,并在第0 d、6 d、9 d、12 d、15 d和20 d称取孕鼠体质量。妊娠第20 d处死孕鼠,剖腹检查孕鼠的子宫连胎重、黄体数、着床数、吸收胎、死胎和活胎数、胎鼠体长、重量、外观有无异常。其后对胎鼠进行内脏和骨骼的检查。结果堇叶碎米荠各剂量组对SD孕鼠母体未见明显毒性、对胎鼠未见明显胚胎毒性和致畸性。结论在本实验条件下,堇叶碎米荠未见致畸作用。
Objective To evaluate maternal toxicity,embryotoxicity and teratogenicity of cardamine violifolia,and provide toxicological basis for new food ringredients.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,including one negative control group(distilled water at the same volume)and three cardamine violifolia dose groups,3.40 g/(kg·BW),1.70 g/(kg·BW),0.85 g/(kg·BW).Pregnant rats were administrated cardamine violifolia from the 6thd to the 15th d during pregnancy and were all weighed on the 0thd,6th d,9th d,12th d,15th d and 20th d.On the 20th day of pregnancy,the rats were euthanized and examined for indexes including the weight of uterus with embryo,the number of corpora luteum and the number of live,dead,and reabsorbed fetuses.Then fetuses were removed and their count,weight,sex,length,visceral and skeletal changes were recorded.Results There is no obvious toxicity to the mother of SD pregnant rats in each dose group,and no obvious embryotoxicity and teratogenicity was observed in the fetuses.Conclusion Under this experimental conditions,no teratogenic effect was observed.
