基于异常投射现象的太赫兹光电导天线的研究

摘要 太赫兹波具有穿透性强、安全性高、定向性好以及带宽高等特性,是目前国内外的重点研究领域,被誉为“改变未来十大技术”之一。太赫兹源是太赫兹科学技术中的关键一环,其中光电导天线是目前应用最广泛的太赫兹源之一。但是,目前太赫兹的辐射效率和辐射功率较低,限制了太赫兹科学技术的进一步发展与应用。因此,分析异常透射内部蕴含的机理,研究如何提高光导天线的辐射特性,并讨论增强光导电流的方法。 Terahertz technology is known as one of“the top ten technologies changing future”for its strong penetrability,high safety,good directionality and high bandwidth characteristics,which is one of the key research fields at home and abroad.Terahertz antennas based upon photoconduction techniques are the most common devices in Terahertz systems,but the main problem currently faced is that the radiation efficiency is low.In this paper,the mechanism of abnormal transmission is analyzed,how to improve the radiation characteristics of photoconductive antenna is studied,and the method of enhancing photoconductive current is discussed.
