摘要
实际工程项目中,工艺介质往往是以混合物形式存在的。对于混合物的毒性等级,压力管道规范与压力容器规范有着不同的分类方法。本文以某轻烃深加工项目已知组分的火炬气为例,分别采用急性毒性估计值和毒物危害指数进行计算,确定该火炬气的毒性等级,并对两种分类方法进行分析讨论。
In actual engineering projects,the process medium often exists in the form of a mixture.Regarding the toxicity level of the mixture,pressure piping specifications and pressure vessel specifications have different classification methods.This paper takes a flare gas with known components in a light hydrocarbon deep processing project as an example,uses the acute toxicity estimate and the toxic hazard index to calculate the toxicity level of the flare gas,and analyzes and discusses the two classification methods.
