摘要
随着机械加工行业向自动化、数字化、智能化方向发展,企业为实现产品的高效、稳定制造与优良品质,往往采用自动化生产线。在这一背景下,对自动化生产线壳体零件加工过程控制技术进行研究,应用现有数控系统和检测装置的功能,设计了一种自动化生产线壳体零件加工过程控制方案。这一控制方案可以解决自动化生产线中设备精度校准、零件安装状态校准、零件尺寸精度控制、刀具状态监控、夹具位置精度校准等问题,确保自动化生产线连续稳定运行。
As the machining industry develops toward automation,digitization,and intellectualization,companies often use automatic production lines to achieve efficient,stable manufacturing of high—quality products.Under this background,the process control technology of the housing part in the automatic production line was investigated,and the functions of the existing numerical control system and detection device were used to design a process control scheme for the housing part in the automatic production line.This control scheme can solve the issues of equipment accuracy calibration,part installation status calibration,part dimensional accuracy control,tool status monitoring,and fixture position accuracy calibration in the automatic production lin e,and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the automatic production line.
