PP/TEMPO-ZrP纳米复合材料的制备及性能

摘要 采用离子液体(醚型TEMPO)对α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP)表面进行有机化修饰改性,并通过熔融共混法制备了PP/TEMPO-ZrP和PP/ZrP纳米复合材料。利用差示扫描量热仪分析了TEMPO/ZrP和α-ZrP作为填料对PP结晶行为的影响,同时研究了填料对PP力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,TEMPO/ZrP和α-ZrP具有明显的异相成核作用,提高了聚丙烯基体的结晶温度和结晶速率,并且填料在基体中起到阻碍分子链运动的作用,使活化能与纯PP相比显著提高,这是由于,离子液体提高了α-ZrP与基体的相容性。采用Jeziorny法可以对PP/ZrP复合材料的结晶动力学行为进行描述,得到较好的线性关系。当TEMPO/ZrP含量为3%时,其对拉伸的增强效果比α-ZrP提高了约17%,当TEMPO/ZrP和α-ZrP填充PP的含量为1%时,其拉伸性能、弯曲性能及冲击性能均达到最佳,TEMPO/ZrP对PP的增强效果优于α-ZrP。 The ionic liquid( ether TEMPO) was used to modify the surface of α-zirconium phosphate( α-ZrP)organically. PP/TEMPO-ZrP and PP/ZrP nanocomposite were prepared by melt blending. The effects of TEMPO/ZrP and α-ZrP as fillers on the crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of PP were investigated. The results showed that TEMPO/ZrP and α-ZrP have obvious heterogeneous nucleation,which could improve the crystallization temperature and crystallization rate of polypropylene matrix. And the filler played a role in hindering the movement of the molecular chain in the matrix,so that the activation energy was higher than that of the pure PP;at the same time,ionic liquid could improve the compatibility of the α-ZrP with the matrix;using the Jeziorny method to describe the crystallization kinetics of PP/ZrP composites,a good linear relationship could be obtained;TEMPO/ZrP content was 3%,and its reinforcing effect in stretching was increased by about 17% compared to α-ZrP And when the content of TEMPO/ZrP and α-ZrP filled PP was 1%,its tensile,bending,and impact properties are optimal,and the strengthening effect of TEMPO/ZrP on PP was stronger than that of α-ZrP.
