摘要
为调查城固地区猪圆环病的免疫效果和圆环病毒的感染情况。本文从城固县9个镇办的9个猪场随机抽样猪血样92份,其中40份样品进行了猪圆环病毒病疫苗免疫,52份未进行免疫。采用ELISA法对猪圆环病毒病进行血清学调查,结果表明,免疫猪场PCV抗体阳性率为67.5%,说明免疫保护效果并不理想,而未免疫猪群的阳性率达40.4%,表明城固县养猪场猪圆环病毒已经广泛存在。
92 pig blood samples were randomly selected from 9 pig farms run by 9 towns in Chenggu County in this paper to investigate the immune effect and infection of circovirus in Chenggu area,of which 40 samples were immunized with porcine circovirus disease vaccine and 52 were not immunized.Serological investigation of porcine circovirus disease by ELISA showed that the positive rate of PCV antibodies in immunized pig farms was 67.5%,indicating that the immune protection effect was not satisfactory,while the positive rate of unimmunized pig herds reached 40.4%,indicating that porcine circovirus have already existed in Chenggu County pig farms.
