摘要
氨基酸代谢与免疫细胞命运密切相关.本文系统综述了氨基酸(如丝氨酸、色氨酸和谷氨酰胺)在正常生理条件下的代谢及在炎性或感染状态下的变化,同时讨论了氨基酸及其衍生物对免疫细胞命运的调控作用.最后,本文结合本课题组和前人工作,展望了氨基酸代谢决定猪免疫细胞命运的未来研究方向.
Amino acid metabolism highly contributes to the fate decision of immune cells. This article systematically reviews the metabolism of amino acids(e.g., serine, tryptophan, and glutamine) under normal physiological conditions and changes in the context of inflammatory or infectious states. Meanwhile, the effects of amino acids and their derivatives on the activation and function of immune cells are also discussed. Finally, based on the work from our laboratory and others, the future directions of amino acid metabolism in fate decision of porcine immune cells are proposed.
