摘要
通过对高层住宅与地下车库给排水及消防各系统干管设计方案的比较,分析了干管在室外敷设以及在车库敷设这两种方案各自的特点,进行了管道布置、系统走向及工程造价等多方面的对比,综合分析认为:应根据给水系统竖向分区、住宅和车库不同区域排水等工况,合理优化选择给排水干管设计方案。文中的推荐方案,设计思路注重全局观,兼顾系统形式和安装方式,具有节约空间、节省造价的优点,在工程实际应用中更有优势,具备参考和借鉴意义。
By comparing the main design schemes of water supply&drainage and fire protection systems between high-rise residential buildings and underground garages,this paper analyzes the respective characteristics of the two schemes of laying main pipes outdoors and in garages,and compares the pipeline layout,system trend and project cost.According to the different working conditions,such as vertical partition of the water supply system as well as the drainage system in different areas of residence and garage,the design scheme of the main pipe of water supply&drainage system should be reasonably optimized and chosen.The recommended scheme in this paper pays attention to the overall situation and gives consideration to the system form and installation mode,which has the advantages of saving space and cost,and has more advantages in practical engineering application,and has reference significance.
