摘要
人才是企业提升竞争力的核心因素,如何留住人才成为了企业所关注的重点问题之一。激励是调动企业员工工作积极性的关键因素,因此在新的市场环境下,企业可以将激励理论应用到企业管理中,对企业管理模式进行创新和改革,以此来带动员工整体工作积极性。基于此,本文分析了激励理论的概念以及类型,在当前企业管理中激励理论的应用现状的基础上提出合理应用策略。
Talent is the core factor for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.How to retain talents has become one of the key issues that enterprises pay attention to.Motivation is a key factor to mobilize employees'work enthusiasm.Therefore,in the new market environment,companies can apply incentive theory to enterprise management,innovate and reform enterprise management models to drive employees'overall work enthusiasm.Based on this,this article analyzes the concept and types of incentive theory,and proposes a reasonable application strategy based on the current application status of incentive theory in enterprise management.
