摘要
为探讨黑木耳菌糠堆制作为大豆有机肥的可行性,以黑木耳菌糠基质为试验材料,利用浸提液培养皿培养法,分析研究了12种配比的黑木耳菌糠基质浸提液对大豆种子萌发相关指标的影响。结果表明:12个处理中有3个处理对大豆的芽期生长有促进作用。处理T1(黑木耳菌糠80%、尿素20%)、T7(黑木耳菌糠95%、尿素5%)和T8(黑木耳菌糠95%、鸡粪5%)的发芽率极显著高于T13(CK),其中T8高于T13(CK)7.18%,T1和T7均比T13(CK)高3.54%;处理T7的大豆发芽势极显著高于T13(CK);各处理间的大豆发芽指数差异极显著,处理T7>T8>T1>T2(黑木耳菌糠80%、鸡粪20%)>T12(黑木耳菌糠99.5%、菌剂0.5%)>T6(黑木耳菌糠90%、鸡粪10%)>T11(黑木耳菌糠100%)>T4(黑木耳菌糠85%、鸡粪15%)>T13(CK),其中处理T7、T8、T1和T2比T13(CK)分别高出30.86%、26.98%、26.21%和23.22%。12个处理对大豆芽期的根部生长影响均与T13(CK)存在极显著差异,除T9(黑木耳菌糠98%、尿素2%)低于T13(CK)外,其他11个处理均高于T13(CK),其中T10(黑木耳菌糠98%、鸡粪2%)和T7根长分别高于T13(CK)103.28%和76.01%,T7、T4和T2根鲜重分别比T13(CK)高26.39%、23.75%和23.22%。综合结果得出T7处理对大豆芽期生长具有较好的促进作用,可在生产上应用。
In order to explore the feasibility of Auricularia auricula residue composting as soybean organic fertilizer,the effects of 12 different proportions of Auricularia auricula spent mushroom substrate(SMS)on soybean seed germination were studied by using the extraction liquid culture dish method.The results showed that 3 of the 12 treatments could promote the growth of soybean in bud stage.There were extremely significant differences in germination rate of T1(Auricularia auricula SMS 80%,urea 20%),T7(Auricularia auricula SMS 95%,urea 5%)and T8(Auricularia auricula SMS 95%,chicken manure 5%)and T13(CK),among which T8 was 7.18%higher than T13(CK),T1 and T7 were 3.54%higher than T13(CK),the soybean germination potential of T7 and T13(CK)was extremely significant difference,the soybean germination index among the treatments was extremely significant,T7>T8>T1>T2(Auricularia auricula SMS 80%,chicken manure 20%)>T12(Auricularia auricula SMS 99.5%,microbial agent 0.5%)>T6(Auricularia auricula SMS 90%,chicken manure 10%)>T11(Auricularia auricula SMS 100%)>T4(Auricularia auricula SMS 85%,chicken manure 15%)>T13(CK),among which T7,T8,T1 and T2 were 30.86%,26.98%,26.21%and 23.22%higher than T13(CK),respectively.The effects of 12 treatments on soybean root growth were significantly different from those of T13(CK),except that T9(Auricularia auricula SMS 98%and urea 2%)were lower than those of T13(CK),the other 11 treatments were higher than that of T13(CK).Among them,root length of T10(Auricularia auricula SMS 98%,chicken manure 2%)and T7 were 103.28%and 76.01%higher than T13(CK),respectively,root fresh weight of T7,T4 and T2 were 26.39%,23.75%and 23.22%higher than those of T13(CK),respectively.In conclusion,T7 treatment had a good effect on the growth of soybean at germination stage,which could be used in production.
