摘要
目的分析评价规范化治疗结合营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平及妊娠结局的影响。方法该次研究采取随机盲选法,将2018年6月—2019年7月该院收治的78例妊娠期糖尿病患者划分为两组,各39例;其中,对照组患者实行常规治疗及干预,观察组患者实行规范化治疗及营养干预,进一步对比两组血糖水平及妊娠结局。结果①干预前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组孕期感染、羊水过多、剖宫产、早产及胎膜早破发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者实行规范化治疗结合营养干预的效果显著,能有效控制血糖指标,改变不良妊娠结局,有利于保证产妇及产儿身心健康。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effects of standardized treatment combined with nutritional intervention on blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods The study adopted a randomized blind selection method,and divided 78 patients with gestational diabetes in the hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 into two groups,with 39 cases in each group;among them,the control group received conventional treatment and intervention,patients in the observation group implemented standardized treatment and nutritional intervention,and further compared the blood glucose level and pregnancy outcome of the two groups.Results 1.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The incidence of pregnancy infection,polyhydramnios,cesarean section,premature delivery and premature rupture of membranes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized treatment combined with nutritional intervention in patients with gestational diabetes has a significant effect.It can effectively control blood glucose indicators,change adverse pregnancy outcomes,and help ensure the physical and mental health of mothers and babies.
