摘要
目的分析在儿科护理中应用PDCA循证护理理论的效果。方法2018年12月—2019年5月期间便利选择48例该院儿科患儿,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组24例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组通过PDCA循证护理理论进行护理,对比两组护理效果评分、总体满意度、护理事故发生率,比较两组应用效果。结果观察组的护理效果总评分为(97.15±3.38)分高于对照组护理效果总评分(89.35±2.26)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=3.432,P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率95.83%高于对照组护理总满意率66.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.923,P<0.05);观察组护理事故发生率为12.50%低于对照组护理事故发生率41.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.169,P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理中应用PDCA循证护理理论的效果显著,能够提高患儿护理的整体性效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA evidence-based nursing theory in pediatric nursing.Methods From December 2018 to May 2019,48 pediatric patients in the hospital were conveniently selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 24 cases.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received PDCA evidence-based nursing theory.The nursing effect scores,overall satisfaction,and nursing accident rate between the two groups were compared,and the application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing effect score of the observation group was(97.15±3.38)points higher than the total nursing effect score of the control group(89.35±2.26)points,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=3.432,P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group 95.83%was higher than the total nursing satisfaction rate of 66.67%in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.923,P<0.05);the nursing accident rate of the observation group was 12.50%,and the nursing accident rate of the control group was 41.67%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.169,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA evidence-based nursing theory in pediatric nursing has a significant effect and can improve the overall effect of nursing care of children.
