摘要
[目的]建立了液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱测定枸杞中甲基硫菌灵及其代谢物多菌灵的检测方法。[方法]枸杞样品用0.1%甲酸乙腈提取,上清液经C18净化填料净化后,用液相色谱-质谱检测,外标法定量。[结果]甲基硫菌灵加标回收率:枸杞鲜果为82.3%~105.1%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~3.5%;枸杞干果为98.7%~104.1%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~5.4%。多菌灵的加标回收率:枸杞鲜果为91.4%~106.2%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~4.1%;枸杞干果为88.4%~101.9%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~3.1%。[结论]该方法的回收率和精密度均较好,为甲基硫菌灵在枸杞上的限量制标提供参考依据。
[Aims]This study aims to establish a novel method based on high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)for determination of thiocarbendazim-methyl and its metabolite carbendazim in Lycium.[Methods]The samples of Lycium fruit were extracted with 0.1%acetonitrile formate,purified with C18,and then detected by HPLC-MS/MS.[Results]The results showed that the average recoveries of thiocarbendazim-methyl residues in fresh Lycium raged from 82.3 to 105.1%with RSD of 1.8-3.5%.The average recoveries of thiocarbendazim-methyl residues in dry Lycium raged from 98.7 to 104.1%with RSD of 1.8-5.4%.The average recoveries of carbendazim residues in fresh Lycium raged from 91.4 to 106.2%with RSD of 2.2-4.1%.The average recoveries of carbendazim residues in dry Lycium raged from 88.4 to 101.9%with RSD of 1.1-3.1%.[Conclusions]The recovery rate and precision of the methods are good,which provide reference basis for the limitation of Lycium.
