摘要
我国一直是人参出口大国,但由于各国和地区对人参及其制品中农残最大残留限量的严格管控,人参中农药残留超标问题已经成为限制我国人参出口的重要因素之一。如何解决我国人参中农药残留超标问题迫在眉睫,本文就人参中农药残留现状及脱除工艺进行总结,并对未来改善人参中农药残留问题进行展望。
China has always been a major exporter of ginseng,but due to the strict control of the maximum residue limits of pesticide residues in ginseng and its products by various countries and regions,the problem of excessive pesticide residues in ginseng has become one of the important factors restricting the export of ginseng in our country.How to solve the problem of excessive pesticide residues in ginseng in our country is imminent.This article summarizes the current status and removal process of pesticide residues in ginseng,and looks forward to the future improvement of pesticide residues in ginseng.
