摘要
                
                    设备闸门是AP1000核电站钢制安全壳上最大的设备,其密封性能是影响放射性物质泄漏的一个重要因素。本文以某核电站设备闸门为例,介绍设备闸门密封面的构造,深入分析了密封面损伤产生的原因和处理措施,并从新材料应用、硬保护改进和成品保护管理方面提出了相应的对策。
                
                The equipment hatch is the largest equipment on the steel containment of AP1000 nuclear power plant,and its sealing performance is an important factor affecting the leakage of radioactive matters.Taking the hatch of a nuclear power plant as an example,this paper introduces the structure of the sealing surface of the hatch,analyzes the causes of the damage of the sealing surface and the treatment measures,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the application of new materials,the improvement of hard protection and the protection management of finished products.
