摘要
阐述汽车制动系统用橡胶软管(简称橡胶制动软管)的结构和特点,介绍我国现行国家标准GB 16897—2010《制动软管的结构、性能要求及试验方法》的相关规定,对比不同种类橡胶制动软管产品检验项目,并介绍国外主要技术标准现状,分析国外橡胶制动软管产品认证的模式和检测项目等,讨论我国相关技术标准的发展趋势和内容变化,建议我国橡胶制动软管产品检测和认证工作应积极推进,国家标准与国际标准接轨,减少国际贸易技术壁垒。
The structure and characteristics of rubber hose for automobile braking system(hereinafter referred to as rubber hose)and the China’s national standard,GB 16897—2010“Brake hose—structure,performance and test methods”,were discussed,and the inspection items of different kinds of rubber hoses were compared.Meanwhile,the present status of main technical standards abroad was introduced,and the product certification process and inspection items were analyzed.Besides,the development trends and content changes of the relevant technical standards were discussed,suggestions were made to drive the implementation of the test and certification of rubber hose products in China,and the national standards of China should be aligned with the international standards to reduce the technical barriers to international trade.
