摘要
目的探讨盐酸右美托咪定在全麻气管插管及拔管中的应用。方法选取2018年1月~2019年2月伊宁市人民医院麻手科手术室行全麻下的气管插管及拔管操作手术患者82例作为研究对象,将82例研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例患者,两组患者采用相同的麻醉诱导和维持,手术结束前5min,观察组患者采用右美托咪啶,对照组患者给予生理盐水,比较不同的方式的应用效果。结果两组患者的血氧饱和度比较,(P>0.05),无明显差异;拔管时、拔管后2min、5min、10 min时观察组患者的的MAP、心率均明显低于对照组,组间数据比较,(P <0.05),差异显著,具有统计学意义,观察组患者的术后1hVAS评分、不良反应率均明显低于对照组,组间数据比较,(P<0.05),差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论对全麻患者行气管插管及拔管操作时选取右美托咪啶,可显著减少患者的不良发应,稳定血液动力学,值得在临床中推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the application of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in tracheal intubation and extubation under general anesthesia. Methods From January 2018 to February 2019, 82 patients with tracheal intubation and extubation under general anesthesia in the operating room of Department of Anesthesiology of Yining People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects, and 82 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 41 in each group. Patients in two groups were given the same induction and maintenance of anesthesia. 5 minutes before the end of operation, patients in the observation group were given dexmedetomidine, while patients in the control group were given normal saline. Results Two groups of patients with blood oxygen saturation,(P > 0.05), no significant difference;extubation, 2 min, 5 min, 10 min after extubation, the observation group of patients with map, heart rate were significantly lower than that of the control group, data comparison between groups(P < 0.05), the difference was significant, with statistical significance, the observation group of patients with postoperative 1 h VAS score and adverse reaction rate were significantly lower than that of the control group,(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Dexmedetomidine can significantly reduce adverse reactions and stabilize hemodynamics in patients undergoing tracheal intubation and extubation, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
