摘要
中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)可以裂解细胞外基质,细胞外基质的降解参与喉癌的侵袭和转移,因此NE在喉癌侵袭转移等过程中可能发挥重要作用。本文旨在探讨喉癌组织与中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶及弹性蛋白酶抑制物SLPI的关系,综述了NE与SLPI的生物学功能,期待为临床提供新的诊疗思路,抑制喉癌的侵袭转移。
Neutrophil elastase(NE)is able to crack all the extra-cellular matrix(ECM),The degradation of ECM takes part in invasion and metastasis of laryngeal cancer,therefore NE may play an important role in invasion and metastasis.The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of laryngeal carcinoma between NE and SLPI.This article reviews the biological functions of NE and SLPI,it is expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of laryngeal carcinoma and inhibition of invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
