摘要
近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,危险化学品种类日益增多且被广泛用于生产生活,而其固有的危险性所带来的安全问题也日益突出,加强危险化学品灾害事故应急处置工作刻不容缓。本文结合危险化学品灾害事故特点及处置难点,就加强队伍建设、减少人员伤亡、降低灾害损失等方面入手,积极探索危险化学品灾害事故应急处置方法。
In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,the types of dangerous chemicals are increasing and widely used in production and life,and the safety problems caused by their inherent risks are increasingly prominent.It is urgent to strengthen the emergency response work of hazardous chemicals.In this paper,combined with the characteristics and disposal difficulties of hazardous chemical disasters and accidents,starting from strengthening the team building,reducing casualties,reducing disaster losses,etc.,actively explore the emergency response methods of hazardous chemical disasters and accidents.
