摘要
目的:探讨社区老年慢性病患者疾病不确定感与述情障碍的相关性研究。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月社区老年慢性病患者168例,采用疾病不确定问卷和述情障碍问卷进行调查研究。结果:老年慢性病患者疾病不确定感总分和述情障碍总分均处于较高水平,且疾病不确定感与述情障碍成正相关。结论:老年慢性病患者疾病不确定感与述情障碍呈正相关,疾病不确定感越高,述情障碍越严重,应当通过减轻老年慢性病患者的述情障碍和护理人员及时向患者传达相关信息,以减轻患者的疾病不确定感。
Objective:To explore the relationship between uncertainty of illness and alexithymia in elderly patients with chronic diseases in community.Methods:168 elderly patients with chronic diseases in community from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and investigated by disease uncertainty questionnaire and alexithymia questionnaire.Results:The total score of disease uncertainty and alexithymia in elderly patients with chronic diseases were at a high level,and there was a positive correlation between disease uncertainty and alexithymia.Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between disease uncertainty and alexithymia in elderly patients with chronic diseases,the higher the uncertainty of illness,the more serious alexithymia,we should reduce alexithymia of elderly patients with chronic diseases and timely convey relevant information to patients by nursing staff,so as to reduce patients'uncertainty of disease.
