转炉热熔渣中底吹喷粉行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用数值模拟方法,针对转炉溅渣护炉前向熔渣底吹喷粉过程,研究了粉气比、粒径以及底吹流量对粉剂分布的影响规律。模拟结果表明,熔池中颗粒具有随动特性,基本分布于熔池流场环流区域;粉气比从55 kg/m^3提高到75 kg/m^3,可小幅度提高颗粒在环流区域内的分布范围。颗粒的粒度过大会抑制流场的湍动强度,颗粒1 mm时,影响近渣面层颗粒的均匀分布。底吹流量增加,熔池中横向流增加,环流流速增加,死区变小有利于颗粒均匀分布。 With the method of numerical Simulation,the influence of powder/gas ratio,diameter and flux of bottom blow on powder distribution for the process of injecting powder into molten slag at converter bottom before the slag splashing was studied.The simulation results show that the powder has follow-up character and distributes in the ring flow field.The range of ring flow field can be little enhanced,when the powder/gas ratio is increased from 55 kg/m^3 to 75 kg/m^3.The large powder diameter will restrain the turbulent intensity,such as 1mm will decrease the degree of uniform distribution.When the flux of bottom blow is increased,the crosswise flux will be increased,and the velocity of ring flow will also be increased.The shrinking dead field will be good for the uniform distribution.
