摘要
结合“三次平衡”的水资源配置理念,建立水资源承载能力评估指标体系,应用层次分析方法对指标权重进行设置,采用模糊综合评价模型对辽阳地区水资源承载能力进行定量评估,并对影响区域水资源承载能力的要素进行识别,成果为辽阳地区水资源可持续发展提供重要的理论支撑。
Combined with the concept of water resources allocation of“three times balances”,to establish an evaluation index system for water resources carrying capacity,and the analytic hierarchy process was applied to set index weights;the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to quantitatively evaluate the water resources carrying capacity in Liaoyang City.Meanwhile,the factors that affect the carrying capacity of regional water resources are identified,and the results can provide important theoretical support for the sustainable development of water resources in Liaoyang City.
