摘要
目的探讨“e答”考试平台在护士理论考试中应用的效果,分析其优缺点,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法选取某三级甲等综合医院2015年新入职护士158名为研究对象,通过理论考核,采用自身对照法,比较“e答”考试平台应用前后考前准备时间(包括出卷时间、印刷考卷时间)、阅卷时间、考试合格率、考试成本的差异。结果“e答”考试平台在考前准备时间、阅卷时间、考试成本、防作弊方面优于传统考试模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“e答”考试平台一定程度上节约了人力、物力,节省了时间成本,提高了工作效率。
Objective To explore the application effect of"e-answer"examination platform in nurses'theory examination,analyze its advantages and disadvantages,and provide reference for clinical application.Methods 158 new nurses in a third grade a general hospital in 2015 were selected as the subjects of study.Through theoretical examination and self-control method,the differences of preparation time(including paper time,printing paper time),marking time,pass rate and cost before and after the application of"e-answer"examination platform were compared.Results"E-answer"examination platform was superior to the traditional examination mode in preparation time,examination time,examination cost and anti cheating,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"E-answer"examination platform can save manpower,material resources,time cost and work efficiency to some extent,which is worth popularizing.
