摘要
从化学师范生在实习单位的培养方式和学生所在高校的培养体制两方面展开调研分析,结果表明通过教育实习化学专业师范生能够提高一定的从教技能,但在知识、能力和素养方面的提升不够.研究指出,提高师范生的教育实习质量应该从加强理论知识、提高从教技能、增加实习时间、改变实习方式及增加教育经费支持等方面入手,加大改善力度,使师范生的教育实习质量得到显著提高.
Based on the investigation and analysis on the cultivation mode of chemistry normal students in practice units and the training system of the students'colleges and universities,it is found that students'teaching skills can be improved by educational practice,but the promotion of knowledge,ability and literacy is not enough.At the same time,the study indicated that we should strengthen the theoretical knowledge,improve the teaching skills,increase the practice time,change the practice mode and increase the educational funding support,so as to improve the quality of educational practice of normal students.
