摘要
通过航空发动机在地面全尺寸台架的长期试车对新研制的高热安定型航空润滑油进行了考核和评价试车过程中对发动机润滑油系统参数进行了实时监测和分析,并且定期抽取发动机滑油系统中的润滑油,检查黏度、酸值、闪点及金属元素的变化情况,分析滑油品质随着发动机工作时间增长的变化规律。整机试验结果表明,新研制产品具有优异的润滑抗磨、高温抗氧化、抗结焦等性能,满足航空发动机的长期使用要求。
Through the long-term test of aeroengine on the ground full-scale bench,the newly developed high thermal stability aircraft lubricating oil was examined and evaluated.During the testing process,the parameters of the engine lubrication system were monitored and analyzed in real time.The oil in the engine oil system was regularly extracted to check the changes of viscosity,acid value,flash point and metal elements,and the change rule of the oil quality with the increase of the engine working time was analyzed.The bench results showed that the newly developed product has excellent anti wear and lubricating performance,high temperature anti-oxidation and anti-coking performances,which can meet the long-term use requirements of aircraft engine.
