摘要
以丙烯酸、烯丙基磺酸钠和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵共聚制备了低分子质量两性共聚物混AA-SAS-DMC混凝土抑泥剂。通过FTIR、TGA、XRD及GPC对共聚物的结构、热力学性能和分子量进行了表征,并对其应用性能进行研究,对抑泥剂的作用机理进行分析。结果表明,共聚物抑泥剂通过竞争吸附和分散作用,降低黏土对混凝土带来的不良影响。当抑泥剂掺量为胶凝材料质量的0.09%时,混凝土出机、0.5 h、1 h坍落度和扩展度较未掺时分别增大了15、20 mm,25、130 mm,20、150 mm。
The low molecular weight and amphiphilic anti-clay agent,AA-SAS-DMC was synthesized by acrylic acid,sodium allylsulfonate and methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride. The structures,thermal stability and molecular weight of AA-SASDMC were characterized by Flourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermal gravity analysis(TGA) X-ray diffraction(XRD)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The application performance of AA-SAS-DMC was researched and the action mechanism on the anti-clay agent were analyzed. The results showed that the negative effect on concrete was obvious reduced while adding AA-SAS-DMC by preferential adsorption and dispersion properties. When the copolymer content was 0.09% of the cementing material,the incipient concrete slump and fluidity were increased by 15 mm and 20 mm,the 0.5 h concrete slump and fluidity were improved by 25 mm and 130 mm,and the 1 h of these were advanced by 20 mm and 150 mm.
