摘要
岩藻多糖是一种独特的天然硫酸化多糖,主要存在于多种褐藻的细胞外基质中。在过去的数十年中,岩藻多糖因其所具有的抗氧化特性,被广泛用作化妆品、功能食品以及水产养殖和牲畜饲料补充剂中的活性成分。本文总结了岩藻多糖的结构和抗氧化活性及其抗氧化活性调控机制的研究进展。
Fucoidin,mainly found in various species of brown seaweed extracellular matrix,is one kind of natural sulfated polysaccharides.In the past decades,fucoidin are widely used asactive ingredient in cosmetics,functional food,medicine,aquaculture and livestock feed supplements because of their antioxidant properties.This article summarizes the research advances on the molecular structure and antioxidant potential of fucoidan and its underlying antioxidant mechanism.
