摘要
随着人们对深海石油资源需求日益迫切,海洋工程装备领域,尤其是超高强海工钢这一亟待开发的"蓝海",将极有可能成为钢铁行业新的经济增长点。本文综述了国内外超高强海工钢的研发生产现状,从纳米技术、"以Mn/C代Ni"合金化技术、焊接技术、防腐技术四个方面阐述了超高强海工钢研发的发展趋势,指出超高强海工钢发展面临的诸多问题,并对超高强海工钢的未来发展做出了展望。
With the increasing demand for deep-sea oil resources,the field of marine engineering equipment,especially the“blue sea”of ultra-high strength marine steels in urgent need of development,is likely to become a new economic growth point of the steel industry.This article comprehensively summarizes the domestic and foreign research and development of super-high strength Marine steels,and elaborates their development trend in four aspects of nanotechnology,alloying technique of replacing Ni with Mn/C,welding technology,and anticorrosion technology.For the super-high strength Marine steels,the problems impeding their development are introduced,and their future development is overlooked.
