摘要
以装配式建筑评价为切入点,根据新疆地区建筑工业化整体发展情况和经济水平,结合特殊的气候环境和高抗震烈度区域特点,以乌鲁木齐市为核心,从装配式建筑设计、施工等方面综合考虑,提出装配式建筑项目评价阶段的评价方法和评价指标。并以此为基础,围绕装配式建筑评价及信息管理平台,阐述平台系统方案、功能模块、评价流程和信息数据管理,实现装配式建筑评价、信息管理和信息展示及数字化地图的可视化展示,形成统一、标准化、规范化装配式建筑评价及信息管理平台。
Taking the evaluation of prefabricated buildings as the starting point,according to the overall development and economic level of construction industrialization in Xinjiang,combined with the special climate environment and regional characteristics of high seismic intensity in Xinjiang,Taking Urumqi City as the core,and considering the design and construction of prefabricated buildings comprehensively,this paper puts forward the evaluation method and index of the evaluation stage of prefabricated buildings. On this basis,around the prefabricated building information management,this paper expounds the platform system scheme,function module,evaluation process and information data management,which realize the prefabricated building evaluation,information management,information display and visual display of digital map,and form a unified,standardized and normalization prefabricated building evaluation and information management platform.
