摘要
目的探索课堂改革策略,顺应高等医药教育供给侧改革发展方向。方法以哈尔滨医科大学《药事管理学》课程实践为基础,进行基于"专业-素养-能力"培养的课堂改革设计与实施。改革中贯彻"以学生成长为中心"的教学观,坚持"立德树人为先、能力培养为重"的理念,建构"专业-素养-能力"兼顾的教学过程。结果教学效果获学校及同行专家高度肯定;学生对课堂教学效果综合评价的总体满意度达99.20%,学生专业知识、综合评分能力提升大于4.30分,核心素养提升的达122人(97.60%),人文底蕴、科学精神、责任担当、实践创新、学会学习方面素养提升的学生人数占比均超50%。结论通过逐步推广"专业-素养-能力"培养的理念,探索智慧教学,提升教师信息化教学能力,注重课程思政,建设虚拟仿真实验项目,可为医药院校相关课程的教学改革提供参考。
Objective To explore the class teaching reform strategies to adapt to the supply-side structural reform of higher medical education.Methods Bases on the practices of the course of Pharmacy Administration in Harbin Medical University,class teaching reform strategies for comprehensive cultivation of″profession-competencies-capacity″of pharmacy talents were conducted.The reform implemented the teaching concept of″student growth as the center″,adhered to the concept of″building morality first,and cultivating ability″,and constructed a teaching process that takes into account″profession-competencies-capacity″.Results The teaching effect was highly affirmed by the university and peer experts;the overall satisfaction of students with the comprehensive evaluation of classroom teaching effect reached 99.20%,the scores of students’professional knowledge and comprehensive ability improved by more than 4.30 points,and the core literacy improved up to 122 people(97.60%),the proportion of students with improved humanistic background,scientific spirit,responsibility,practical innovation,and learning literacy accounted for more than 50%.Conclusion By gradually promoting the concept of″profession-competencies-capacity″training,exploring smart teaching,improving teachers’information teaching ability,focusing on curriculum ideology,and building virtual simulation experiment projects,it can provide reference for the teaching reform of related courses in medical universities.
