摘要
目的:观察散偏汤联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例偏头痛患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服散偏汤。比较2组治疗前、疗程结束1个月后数字疼痛量表(NRS)评分及中医证候积分,并评价临床疗效。结果:治疗前,2组NRS评分及中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。疗程结束1个月后,2组NRS评分及中医证候积分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组NRS评分及中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:散偏汤联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛临床疗效显著,可以改善患者临床症状,降低头痛程度。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sanpian tang combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules for migraine. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with migraine were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, and the observation group was additionally treated with Sanpian tang based on the treatment of the control group. Before treatment and in the 1 st month after treatment,the scores of Numeric Rate Score(NRS) and Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups, and evaluate the clinical effect.Results:Before treatment,compared the NRS and Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). In the 1 st month after treatment,the NRS and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group,higher than that of 70.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Sanpian tang combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules has significant clinical effect on treating migraine. It can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of migraine.
