摘要
目的:研究用小续命汤联合针刺疗法治疗风寒型周围性面神经麻痹的效果。方法:选择苏州市相城区中医医院收治的80例风寒型周围性面神经麻痹患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。用小续命汤联合针刺疗法对研究组患者进行治疗,单用针刺疗法对对照组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组患者治疗的总有效率为95%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为85%,二者相比,P<0.05。结论:用小续命汤联合针刺疗法治疗风寒型周围性面神经麻痹的效果显著,能有效地缓解患者的病情。
Objective:To study the effect of xiaoxingsheng Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:80 patients with wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Xiangcheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Suzhou were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The patients in the study group were treated with xiaoxingsheng Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy,and the patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture therapy alone.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95%in the study group and 85%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis with xiaoxingsheng Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy has a significant effect and can effectively alleviat e the condition of the patients.
